Welsh Employer Board

A Welsh board of employers and partners is well established which represents all sectors of Asset Skills' work. It supports the work of Asset Skills Cymru by:

Effectively engaging with employers in the Asset Skills sectors
Implementing the Sector Skills Agreement and Welsh Action Plan
Fulfilling the statutory requirements of Asset Skills Cymru

The Welsh Board gives valued support and input to our work in Wales. The chair is Anne Hinchey, Chief Executive of Wales & West Housing Association and vice chair is Ruth Thomas of Rowland Jones Chartered Surveyors, based in Swansea. As well as representatives from the sectors there is input from Higher and Further Education, and professional bodies.
