Phase 5 - Action Planning

The purpose of stage five was to work with key delivery partners to produce a plan that will deliver the overall vision for the sector. This builds on the deals with employers coming out of stage 4. At this stage a range of partners will sign up to carry out the actions, costed where appropriate, that will address skills issues in the sector identified at other stages and that will complement the agreements with employers.
