Research Team Aim

The Asset Skills research team aims to deliver high quality research regarding the cleaning, property, housing and facilities management industries in consultation with employers, educational and professional bodies in the four nations.

In order to remain the authoritative voice on our industries, we focus on the following areas:

  • Identifying current and future skill needs
  • Identifying industry specific performance indicators
  • Maintaining up to date Labour Market Information

The Asset Skills footprint is diverse so we aim to provide information on each industry, as well as giving a comprehensive overview of the Asset Skills workforce as a whole. We seek to provide data for each of the Home Nations and the nine English regions.

We have extensive knowledge of researching the Asset Skills' industries using a variety of research methods and can offer advice and guidance on projects you may wish to undertake. We can also arrange for bespoke research to be carried out for example, employer surveys, case studies highlighting best practice etc.
