Phase 5 - Action Planning
Purpose
The purpose of stage five is to work with key delivery partners to produce a plan that will deliver the overall vision for the sector. This builds on the deals with employers coming out of stage 4. At this stage a range of partners will sign up to carry out the actions, costed where appropriate, that will address skills issues in the sector identifiied at other stages and that will complement the agreements with employers.
The final stage of this agreement is to be completed by the end of March 2007.
