NOS Surveying, Property & Maintenance level 3 Consultation

Asset Skills are conducting an incremental review (small change) of the Surveying, Property & Maintenance level 3 NOS. The standards apply to quantity surveying, valuation, building surveying, maintenance and general practice.

Following an e-mail consultation it was agreed that some elements of energy advice needed to be incorporated into the standards.  

In a meeting on the 17^th August at CIC (joint custodians of the standards) a working group reviewed the proposed amendments and made small changes. It was generally felt that candidates needed an awareness of energy issues in order to advise customers if required.

We are now seeking your views on these changes.
