INTRODUCTORY OPEN LEARNING COURSE

An introductory open learning course and reference material for residential block managers and support staff, which forms the syllabus of the Part 1 Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) exam.

The course is provided on-line which enables the content to be regularly updated to include all current legislation.  There is also a wide range of self-test questions with specimen answers.  A comprehensive glossary of terms is also included.

It provides a fresh modern approach to gaining the knowledge to deliver effective residential long leasehold management and help you prepare for the Part 1 IRPM exam.
