Skills for Supporting Public Services

Skills for Supporting Public Services (SSPS) is the key qualification within the Public Service Skills Framework. It is a new Level 2 certificate and has been designed to set customer service training within a public sector context, while providing an achievable structure for learning within the workplace.

SSPS will be provided through two Awarding Organisations NCFE and NOCN (contact details below), although it is currently only available through NCFE. It is on the Learning Aims Database and is therefore eligible for funding (though availability of funds is not guaranteed).
