The Public Service Skills Framework Launch Events

Asset Skills has now successfully completed all of the seven events to launch the Public Service Skills Framework (PSSF) incorporating Getting on at Work. The events took place across the country and were extremely well received, with several delegates wanting to enrol learners straight away.

Delegates attended from local authorities, NHS trusts, housing associations and private FM companies with public sector contracts. There was also a strong trade union presence.

The events provided a forum for the delegates to discuss the qualifications with learning providers, skills advisers and awarding organisations.

Following the events, Asset Skills has continued to work closely with interested employers to ensure that the growing interest in the new frameworks is realised and learners can start achieving the qualifications.
