This year marks the 26th anniversary of the National Training Awards (NTAs) which is run in association with Investors in People. During 2011, The National Apprenticeship Service assumed the responsibility for the National Training Awards and continue to run the Apprenticeship Awards with the overall aim of improving standards and quality across the skills sector.
The NTAs recognise and showcase employers that can demonstrate outstanding benefits by directly linking the training needs of their people to the business needs of their organisation.
And it's so much more than an award - for example 42% of winners have seen bottom-line benefits and one in five has seen an increase in the number of contracts secured.
