Research – State of the Sector reports

State of the Sector reports have been produced for facilities management, housing, property and cleaning and can be viewed on the Asset Skills website.

Data has been drawn from a number of sources – including the newly launched Barometer survey which questions companies on their skills investment and company performance.

• Labour Market Intelligence, including data on companies and the workforce
• Developments in qualifications and standards
• Activities which Asset Skills is undertaking within the sector as part of its action plan
• An overview of the sector and its challenges

State of the Nation reports covering Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and sector fact sheets are also being prepared and will be available by mid-December.
