Careers in the Asset Skills sectors offer a vast array of opportunities - particularly if you like working with people and making a difference to people's lives. Many of the roles are 'invisible' or happen behind the scenes, so people often don't know they exist. Once you start exploring the options you will see that there is a career for everyone within housing, property, facilities management, cleaning or parking.

Some of the jobs within each sector include:

Housing -  tenant participation officer, housing manager
Property - surveyor, estate agent, town planner, green deal advisor
Facilities management - facilities manager
Cleaning - cleaning supervisor
Parking -   civil enforcement officer.
