Support for providers

To be successful in the goal of providing proactive support for employers it will be essential for the UK Academy to develop strong relationships with the providers that make up the network.

To facilitate this, each provider will be appointed an account manager to undertake a liaison role and have responsibility for all negotiations. The account manager will also monitor performance and work with the provider to identify and deal with any learner/delivery problems that may arise.

Regular provider forum will also take place to enable collective issues to be discussed, new solutions developed and best practice to be shared.
