Welcome to the Asset Skills Virtual Academy, a pilot programme created by Asset Skills, the Sector Skills Council for facilities management, housing, property, planning, cleaning and parking.

We currently have developed two Academies to offer employers practical support in the delivery of training and qualifications with the aim of raising skills levels across the sectors.  These are Business Services, that covers Facilities Management and Cleaning Services, and the Property Services Academy.
