Forum Rules

Use of the Forum

You agree that all information or other materials posted on the Forum by you ("Content") are the sole responsibility of the person from which the Content originated. By offering you access to and use of the Forum, Asset Skills is merely facilitating the networking and exchange of information. You are entirely responsible for all Content that you post to the Forum.

Asset Skills is not responsible for your use of the Content, and recommends that you use care and diligence in investigating the quality, truthfulness and safety of all content found on the Forum before using it. Asset Skills does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. You are solely responsible for all correspondence and communication arising from your use of the Forum or otherwise involving or using the content. Asset Skills will use reasonable efforts to remove any content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable, but Asset Skills does not guarantee that such content will not be found on the Forum. Under no circumstances will Asset Skills be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Forum.

You agree that you will not use the Forum to:

• post or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
• disguise the origin of any Content posted on the Forum;
• harm minors in any way;
• impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an Asset Skills official, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities covered in this Section.
• post or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
• interfere with or disrupt the Forum or servers or networks connected to the Forum, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Forum;
• post or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
• post or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas that are designated for such purpose;
• intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, national or international law;
• "stalk" or otherwise harass another.
• The posting of multiple identical threads in different forums is forbidden.

Asset Skills may pre-screen Content, or refuse, revise or move any Content that is available via the Forum at its sole discretion. Asset Skills shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the Terms or is otherwise objectionable, as determined at Asset Skills sole discretion. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. In this regard, you acknowledge that you may not rely on any Content created by Asset Skills or submitted to Asset Skills, including without limitation information on the Forum.

You acknowledge, consent and agree that Asset Skills may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and Content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) enforce the Terms; (b) comply with the law; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Asset Skills, its users and the public.

Asset Skills may modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Forum (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. Asset Skills shall not be liable to you, or to any third party, for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Forum.

Content

You hereby grant to Asset Skills a world-wide, royalty free and non-exclusive license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display the Content provided by you on the Forum solely for the purposes of providing and promoting the Forum.

Indemnification, Warranties, Limitation on Liability

You shall indemnify and hold Asset Skills, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (i) Content you post to the Forum, (ii) your use of the Forum or the Content, (iii) your violation of the Terms, or (iv) your violation of any rights of another.

You expressly understand and agree that: Your use of the Forum is at your sole risk. The forum is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Asset Skills expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Asset Skills makes no warranty that:

Access to the forum will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free;

The quality of the content will meet your expectations. Any material or content downloaded for otherwise obtained through the use of the Forum is done at your own discretion and risk. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Asset Skills or through or from the Forum shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms.

You also expressly understand and agree that Asset Skills shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages even if Asset Skills has been advised of the possibility of such damages resulting from:

• The inability to use the forum
• Unauthorised access to or alterations of your transmissions, contents or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the forum
• Any other matter relating to the forum
• Your use of any content. You hereby expressly release Asset Skills from any liability regarding the use of the content or the forum.

Links

Asset Skills may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that Asset Skills has no control over such third-party websites and is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.

You further acknowledge and agree that Asset Skills shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused, or alleged to be caused, by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

Termination

Asset Skills reserves the right to terminate your account on the Forum immediately upon written notice to you (including email) for any breach of the Terms.

Modification

These site rules may have to be extended and/or amended from time to time without prior warning as the site moderators think fit.
